PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an agent having little stimulation to an affected part of gingivitis and easily and effectively ameliorating or preventing gingivitis. SOLUTION: The gingivitis is simply and effectively ameliorated and prevented by using an antibody to the whole microbial cell body or a microbial component of Streptococcus mutans and a disintegrable abrasive.
