PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic pressure bearing device for surely preventing the charge of static electricity while achieving lower cost. SOLUTION: Radial bearing portions R1, R2 are formed by multiple circular bearings. A thrust bearing portion T has a thrust bearing gap formed between an end face 8a of a bearing sleeve 8 on the opening side of a housing and an end face 2b2 of a flange portion of a shaft member 2 opposed thereto.
