HOT-DIP GALVANIZED STEEL PLATE, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-dip galvanized steel plate of high tensile strength capable of enhancing the plating property without generating any bare spot even when a high-tensile steel plate with high content of easily-oxidizing solid solution or deposition-reinforcing elements is used for a base plate. SOLUTION: In the hot-dip galvanized steel plate, a hot-dip galvanized layer is provided on a steel plate containing at least elementsαandβto satisfy the predetermined relationship in the temperature range of 300-900°C as reinforcing elements. Internal oxides containing Fe and the elementsαandβare present in a depth area within 100μm from the surface of the steel plate, and the total amount of the internal oxides (except Fe-single oxide) in the depth area is set to be 0.01-1.0 g/m2per one side of the steel plate in terms of O amount.
