PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely position an optical member firmly to a hold member in an optical module incorporated in a camera or the like. SOLUTION: In the optical module in which the optical member is fixed to the hold member, an inclined face is formed on the optical member, and a fixing member, which is fitted between the inclined face and the hold member, is provided. In addition, in the optical module in which the optical member is fixed to the hold member, shafts project from the hold member. The optical member has positioning holes, each of which receives the corresponding shaft of the hold member and has an inclined face formed at its open end.
