PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher for a plastic container, and the like, which solves the problems that, in crushing the plastic container, and the like, remaining liquid is scattered and flows away to be locally retained in the crusher, or to cause accidents of electrical components. SOLUTION: This crusher for crushing the plastic container, and the like, is provided with a crushing blade, a storing room for storing a crushed object, a fixed blade provided on the end part of the storing room and opposing the crushing blade, a pressing plate for pushing the crushed object toward the crushing blade into the storing room, and a reciprocating driving means for moving back and forth this pressing plate. The crusher has a constitution provided with a flow guide surface and a storing part for the remaining liquid generated in crushing the plastic container, and further, carries out a forced removal of the remaining liquid from the base plate of the storing room by providing a scraper on a lower end of the pressing plate.
