PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper for a vehicle capable of restricting relative turn of a wiper arm and a wiper blade in both directions by a lever and a clip for connecting the wire arm and the lever, in which wiper the clip can be easily attached on the lever. SOLUTION: The wiper for the vehicle is provided with a resin-made clip 30 turnably provided on a pin 21d stretched on a side wall 21b of a metal-made primary lever 21, and a limiting protrusion 21e formed on the internal surface of the side wall 21b and a limiting groove 36 formed on the external surface of a side wall 31 can be engaged with each other to restrict relative turn. A slit 30a opening part of the peripheral wall of a shaft hole 34 is formed in the connecting section 32 of the clip 30 so that the pin 21d can be attached in the shaft hole 34 from an opening section 21a side. The limiting groove 36 is provided in the external surface of the side wall 31 to include the turning locus of the limiting protrusion 21e in relative turning.
