PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the linearity of a current flowing between a drain and a source and the reliability of a transistor. SOLUTION: An NMOS transistor M1 is diode-connected, rectifies the voltage Va of a power supply E, and outputs a voltage Vb. A capacitor C1 supplies a voltage Vbg so as to prevent a current from flowing a parasitic diode D2 existing in the transistor M1. An operation point of the parasitic diode D2 is offset and the current is prevented from flowing by reducing the voltage Va using the capacitor C1 and supplying it to a back gate. Since the current mainly flows in the transistor M1, the linearity of the voltage to be rectified can be improved. Since the current to the back gate is reduced, the reliability of the transistor M1 can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
