Method of determining amounts or flow of heating gas using a mathematical algorithm based on the gas flow amount

The method uses direct measurement by a meter such as a drum meter, piston meter, elliptical wheel meter, vane wheel meter or Woltmann meter, or by measuring throughout based on determining the flow volume from the speed and cross-sectional area, or using throttles or floats, or using electromagnetic or ultrasonic flow meters, or by continual gas analysis or probes or by using reference gases which are present in known concentrations. Directly before and after the mixed gas path, the temperature of the partial gas volume and the mixed gas volume as well as the amount of introduced colder gas are measured. These values are then mathematically processed for calculation of a mix temperature using a mathematical algorithm based on the gas flow amount.
