The sensor arrangement for a vibration damper (1) comprises a sensor fixed on a base component which is spring-loaded in the direction of a piston rod. A modular unit comprising the spring and the base component (11) is supported on the piston rod (3) by a clip-like spring tongue fitting round the piston rod. The spring is part of a holder for the base component. The base component consists of an elastic injected material, and the spring is constructed in one piece with the base component.
