The present invention relates to an audio controlling method of data service and a mobile communication terminal thereof, particularly to a method for controlling a video on demand (VOD) service audio in the situation of simultaneously providing voice services and high-speed data services. The object of the invention is to provide a method for controlling audio according to the VOD which generates a voice call when using the Simultaneous voice and data (SVD) service which simultaneously provides the voice and data communication as well as providing the voice service and the high-speed data service. Another object of the invention is to provide an audio controlling method of the VOD capable of preventing the overlap of the VOD audio and voice call in a 1xEvolution Data and Voice (1xEV-DV) system when using the SVD service simultaneously supporting audio and data communication. |
