And <br/>wherein the tan (delta) is defined as (loss modulus G"/storage modulus G''). <br/>According to the present invention, a new confectionery product has been <br/>obtained having texture properties emulating toffee but comprising a part, <br/>which is retained in the mouth during chewing.<br/>
