A disposable diaper not giving uncomfortable tactile sensation to a wearer and capable of discharging moisture vapor produced when sweat evaporates can be discharged to the outside from wing portions. In a diaper (1A), a pair of second wing portions (14) attached to both side portions (12) of a rear waistline region (10) and extending laterally outward is formed from an elastically stretchable composite sheet (18). The composite sheet (18) is constituted of an air permeable, stretchable plastic film and an air permeable, heat- weldable non-woven fiber fabric. The plastic film has ventilation pipes each having a first opening on the side in contact with skin and a second opening on the side not in contact with the skin, and extends in the thickness direction. The non-woven fiber fabric has gathers partly joined to both surfaces of the plastic film with heat welding portions in between and waving in the thickness direction.
