The idler arrangement has support plate (6b) and store plate (1). These plates are at right angle to one another and tapped holes are provided on them. The threaded part of the screw (9) fits into the tapped hole whereby the head of the screw closely fits the support plate and store plate. The store plate and support plate are arranged parallel to the axis of rotation of the screw. A slotted hole on one part is arranged parallel to the axis of screw whereby the other part with slotted hole covering tapped hole is arranged. The guide screw (8) is screwed into tapped hole (7a) through slotted hole (4).
