摘要 It comprises a mesh tube comprised of metal wires, deformed in space, coated at least partly by a polymer impermeable to the passage of blood, with a lower portion (1) and an upper portion (2). The end of portion (2) forks into 2 branches forming a deformed "Y" with its branches directed backwards. The longer branch (6) is introduced as a seal in the left pulmonary artery, whilst the other branch is projected backwards in a short portion (7) and it is introduced within the right pulmonary artery. The first portion (1) has a curvature between 35° and 45°, and a circular cross-section, with a diameter between 16 and 20 mm, whilst at its upper end, said first portion (1) has a progressively flattened cross-section and with substantially oval shape, the cross-sections throughout said axis being substantially of equal area. The side of (1) has at least one selectively-sealable fenestration (5) which connects the inside of said tubular conduit to the outside thereof. The second portion (2) has increasingly oval sections of equal area. Portion (7) faces between 50% and 70% of the blood flow rising through the tubular conduit from its lower end, establish a proportional division of blood flow to both lungs. The lower end (1a) of the first portion defines a connection to the inferior vena cava and suprahepatic veins, this first tubular conduit, formed by said first and second portions, being housed within the right auricle of the heart. The secondary object of the invention is that said fenestration has a first protruding arched surface (102), which at its lower end has an opening (104), intersecting (102) the tubular body (101) describing a substantially oval closed perimeter (105). Internally to said first surface, and opposite thereof, a second arched surface (107) is positioned which has at its upper end an opening (108) which connects with the inside of the tubular body, both surfaces having identical cross-sections and identical development, both surfaces being connected to one another around said perimeter (105), the second surface being able to elastically deform itself around said perimeter, until changing its sign and direction of its convexity. Between both surfaces (102, 107) when their convexities are of opposite signs, a passage (109) is established, which connects the inside (106) of the tubular conduit with the outside, whilst in the position of both surfaces with their convexities of the same sign, both surfaces are mutually abutted in contact with relation of a seal of the corresponding openings (108, 104) and eliminating the passage (109).
