The said grinding band tight adhesion institution comprises a water guiding block for guiding the grinding band buffer medium water from water supply source; and spraying rod fixed on the lower end of the water guiding block using fix scew, with a water spraying gob for spraying the grinding band buffer medium water from water supply source to the said grinding band. The said water guiding block is composed of many intakes on one side to lead into the grinding band buffer medium water from water supply source; a diversion water gap for allocating the water from intake; many guiding water pores on the up down side of the diversion water gap and for leading the distributive water of the diversion water gap into spraying bar direction; many water catching pores of different sizes to spray the water catched from many guiding water pores by water spraying pore of spraying bar.
