An outdoor unit (3) of an air conditioner allowing an increase in air blowing performance, comprising an outdoor unit casing, a supply fan (38), a bell mouth (45), a fan motor (39), and a fan motor stand (44). The outdoor unit casing further comprises a top plate (50) disposed on the upper side thereof, a bottom plate (51) disposed on the lower side thereof, and a front plate (52) disposed on the front side thereof and having an air blow hole (59) formed therein. The supply fan (38) is stored in the outdoor unit casing, and generates air flow blown out through a blowout hole (59) in the front plate (52). The bell mouth (45) guides the air flow generated by the supply fan (38). The fan motor (39) rotatingly drives the supply fan (38). The fan motor stand (44) allows the fan motor (39) to be fixed thereto, the upper part thereof is fixed to a top plate front part (58), and the lower part thereof is fixed to a bottom plate front part (57), and the fan motor stand (44) is disposed on the front side of the supply fan (38). The bell mouth (45) and the fan motor stand (44) are positioned relative to the front plate (52).
