Provided is a method of manufacturing tent cloth for the improvement of anti-soiling and weatherability, in which PVC mixture coating layers are coated on both surfaces of a base member such as Polyester (PET) and glass fiber fabric and fluoro-acryl resin mixture coating layers are coated on upper and lower surfaces of the PVC mixture coating layers for the improvement of weatherability. To allow anti-soiling composition coating layers to be directly coated on the fluoro-acryl resin mixture coating layers, fluoro-acryl resin mixture is loaded on a surface of a coating roll where a plurality of intaglio concaves are formed and coated on the upper and lower surfaces of the PVC mixture coating layers which is in a half-finished product state and passes between the coating roll and a silicon rubber roll disposed beside, thus forming the fluoro-acryl resin mixture coating layers. |
