<p>A process film for use in producing a ceramic green sheet having a base film, an under coating layer and a cured layer, characterized in that the under coating layer comprises a condensation polymer of a metal alkoxide and/or a partially hydrolyzed product of a metal alkoxide, and the cured layer is prepared by heating an addition reaction type silicone resin composition containing a light sensitizer being applied at a rate of 0.01 to 0.3 g/m<2> in terms of solids at a temperature of 40 to 120{C and then curing the resultant layer by an ultraviolet ray irradiation. The process film, which is suitably used in producing a ceramic green sheet for a ceramic condenser, a laminated inductor element or the like, has a cured layer of a silicon resin composition exhibiting good adhesion to a base film, is excellent in the applicability of a ceramic slurry and the releasability of a ceramic green sheet, and exhibits a high degree of flatness which has not seen conventionally and improved antistatic property.</p> |
