<p>Bullet proof glass pane consists of several parallel sheets of which at least one faces the impact side and consits of bullet proof plastic sheet behind a glass sheet. The sheets are suitably spaced and are connected to each other along their edges using a sealing cpd. and spacers. The cpd. sheet pref. comprises >=1 bullet proof plastic sheet and a safety glass sheet which is covered by an elastic support layer. Pref. the plastic support layer consits of a foil attached to the glass surface, esp. placed between two glass sheets to which it is attached. The cpd. glass pane can withstand sevral bullet impacts.</p> |
