The gluing station has a glue container (10) for the entry of glue. A rotating drum (3) is arranged transversely to the material flow direction (6). This drum is partially dipped in glue (9). A pressure-regulating device (29; 29a; 29b) is used for sizing of one side of material. A blower is fitted on the pressure-regulating device, which flows air against the glue wall. An independent claim also included for the process for gluing.
