Method for cast coating a ground comprises mixing a initial quantity of aggregates with a second quantity of aggregates, adding a liquid binder with e.g. the obtained mixture, mixing the entire portion to form homogeneous mixture, pre-coating a layer of uniform thickness with the liquid binder, casting the obtained granulate mixture on the pre-coated ground or support to form a layer of uniform thickness and drying the obtained cast ground. Method for cast coating a ground comprises, mixing a initial quantity of aggregates (obtained by crushing a PVC material of white color or preferably white) with a second quantity of aggregates (obtained by crushing of black rubber or preferably black), adding a liquid binder containing polyurethane compatible with the obtained mixture or a ready made mixture of aggregates, mixing the entire portion to obtain a homogeneous mixture, pre-coating a layer of uniform thickness with the liquid binder containing a base of polyurethane, coating the ground or support with the obtained granulate mixture, casting the obtained granulate mixture on the pre-coated ground or support to form a layer of uniform thickness and drying the obtained cast ground for a duration (preferably for at least 24 hours) before using. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a cast ground without joints, obtained by the process.
