The aerogenerator has a rotor (1) receiving wind and transforming a linear force of the wind into circular force at a pulley. A fixed outer octagonal shaped part (5) constitutes a frame of the aerogenerator and is formed of wind sensors-orientators (6) and fixed flaps (7). The flaps are arranged at each side of the part (5) and have horizontal blades (8) which open by raising and close by lowering by their dead weight.
