The bracket (1) has a longitudinal central part (5) with two oblong holes (8) for receiving an anchoring screw to fix the bracket on a window or door frame and on a receiving frame. The part (5) is bordered by two longitudinal stiffening grooves (6) having a trapezoidal transversal section. Each groove has a bottom wall (10) corresponding to a small base of the trapezoidal section and extended by inner and outer side walls (11, 12).
