The harness has hooking units (14) that are fixed into slings of a transportation system, where the harness is in the shape of a waistcoat. Two sets of elongated reinforcements (18-22) are provided in which one set extend parallely on both sides of another set, in the zones bordering the waistcoat. Straps (16) are folded back to close two corresponding buckles (42) of a closure while the harness is in use.
