摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine transfer method capable of producing a product extremely excellent as compared with a product, which is produced by a conventional hot embossing method, an injection molding method, a compression molding method and a nano-imprinting method, with high productivity. SOLUTION: A plastic base material 2 is mounted on the surface 1La of a lower mold stamper 1L having a fine uneven shape 1Lc and an upper mold 12U is pressed to the plastic base material 2 by a pressure means 6 to press the plastic base material 2 to the lower mold stamper 1L. A slit-like opening part 8 long in its width direction 7 is provided to a lower mold stamper support 5L and the plastic base material 2 is irradiated with beam-like infrared rays 3 through the opening part 8 by a carbon dioxide gas laser 13. The plastic base material 2 is moved in its longitudinal direction 4 and an uneven shape reverse to the fine uneven shape of the lower mold stamper 1L is formed to the plastic base material 2 and this plastic base material 2 is cooled to be demolded.
