PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter element which has outstanding noise reduction property. SOLUTION: The filter is provided with a beltlike insulator 7b, and a coil 15 which is formed in a cylinder shape as a whole by winding a plural of beltlike conductors 9a, 9b installed in parallel on a face side of the beltlike insulator 7b in a condition mutually separated in a widthwise direction of the beltlike insulator 7b, and a beltlike conductor 8a for grounding which is installed in another face side of the beltlike insulator 7b. The respective beltlike conductors 9a, 9b are mutually connected in an end side, and at the same time, the beltlike conductor 9a out of them functions as a beltlike conductor for a signal.
