PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an organic EL panel capable of reducing time and effort or cost in changing an emission pattern. SOLUTION: This is a manufacturing method for the organic EL panel 10X wherein a first electrode, an organic material layer and a second electrode are sequentially laminated on a transparent base material and a light emitting part 31 which is a part emitting light is selectively provided in an organic material layer. Positions 32 except for the light emitting part 31 in the organic material layer 13 are heated with a printer PR having a thermal head TH. It is preferable to heat higher than the glass transition temperature of a material having the lowest glass transition temperature constituting the organic material layer with the thermal head TH.
