PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector easy to assemble, having a liquid intrusion preventing structure capable of reducing harmful influence due to deterioration with time of an elastic sealing member on a terminal backlash preventing property and a liquid intrusion preventing property. SOLUTION: A male tab terminal 12 is formed between its electric wire connection part and electric contact part 20, and provided with an O-ring mounting part 22 surrounded by a peripheral face of an opening 25a of an O-ring housing stepped part 25 of a female connector housing 11 forming an opening of a male terminal housing chamber 19. An O-ring 13 mounted on the O-ring mounting part 22 of the male tab terminal 12 is adhered to the whole periphery of an outer peripheral face of the O-ring mounting part 22, and to the whole periphery of a peripheral face of the opening 25a of the O-ring housing stepped part 25, and directly pinched between and pressed by the female connector housing 11 and the male connector housing 45 in a fitting direction of the same when the female connector housing 11 and the male connector housing 45 are fitted into each other.
