An end portion of the decorative film (2) is provided to be shifted outwardly than an end portion of the EL element (3). The end portion of the EL element (3) is covered with the end portion of the decorative film (2) in a manner that the end portion of the decorative film (2) is bent in projection molding of molding resin.
