A technique for enabling excellent information communication to be performed, by use of a simple structure, between a plurality of wireless tag communication apparatuses. A transport signal generating part (46) is included which transmits a predetermined transport signal to a wireless tag (14) so as to write into the wireless tag (14) a particular message that is to be conveyed to another wireless tag communication apparatus (12). Because of this inclusion, writing into the relay wireless tag (14) the message addressed to the other wireless tag communication apparatus (12) enables communication with the wireless tag communication apparatus (12) that is disposed at a relatively remote position. That is, there can be provided a technique for enabling excellent information communication to be performed, by use of the same structure as the one used for conventionally performing communication with the wireless tag (14), between a plurality of wireless tag communication apparatuses (12).
