<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentrator capable of solving various problems in a conventional pressure-swing adsorption type oxygen concentrator by reducing the pressure of air to be supplied to an absorption cylinder filled with an adsorbent. <P>SOLUTION: In a pressure-swing adsorption type oxygen concentrator provided with at least the adsorption cylinder (5) filled with the adsorbent for selectively adsorbing nitrogen gas in the air and a pressurized gas supplier (3) for pressurizing, compressing and supplying raw material air to the adsorption cylinder (5), an oxygen enrichment membrane module (2) for enriching oxygen by the partial pressure difference of oxygen gas due to a differential pressure between a negative pressure formed at the time of taking-in the raw material air by the pressurized gas supplier (3) and the atmospheric pressure formed by external air, is provided on the front stage side of the pressurized gas supplier (3). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
