PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that performance of hardware at the time of the program design is quite different from that of hardware at present. SOLUTION: A method and a device for enabling execution of a software program are provided. The method and the device acquire identification information indicating a version of the program, the performance of a processor to execute the program, determines propriety of adaptation of an appropriate execution of the version of the program and corrects at least a part of the version of the program to obtain a further appropriate version of a software program appropriately running on the processor.
