PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible adhesive film sticking method capable of easily sticking a flexible adhesive film to a fitted material without generating a bubble. SOLUTION: After peeling a tip of the flexible adhesive film 12a from a separator 12b, the tip of the flexible adhesive film 12a is stuck to a sticking start point S by a positioning and sticking means 17, and while the separator 12b is pulled. In the condition wherein the flexible adhesive film 12a is formed into a T-shape and folded in a direction expressed with an arrow a, a pushing roller 19 and a work suction stand 16 loaded with a lead frame 15 are made to come close to each other with the predetermined clearance C. The work suction stand 16 is carried at the predetermined speed in the tip direction (the direction expressed with the arrow a) of the flexible adhesive film 12a to carry the lead frame 15 in the direction expressed with the arrow a at the predetermined speed. At the same time, the separator 12b is pulled in an opposite direction (a direction expressed with an arrow b) to the carrying direction (the direction expressed with the arrow a) of the lead frame 15.
