PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which can lessen the influence of noise in a simple wiring structure and can materialize price reduction and downsizing. SOLUTION: In the motor which is equipped with a plurality of members (base 6 and a cylindrical output shaft 8) which rotate relatively with each other, each kind of drive control system (split control mechanism 10) which controls the rotation of the plurality of members, and wiring L for supplying each kind of drive control system with power, the wiring is arranged along a region which is not affected by the noise from each kind of drive control system and that in a position apart from each kind of drive control system. In this case, the wiring is threaded into a through hole 6a which is made in any (base 6) of the plurality of members along the region which is not affected by the noise from each kind of drive control system.
