PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a PDSN from being destroyed by a filter even in the case of an IPv6 address having a valid ID, when a mobile terminal updates an Interface ID periodically. SOLUTION: A data communication device uses a network communication processing system having a means for receiving IPv6 packets from an IP Network, detecting the Prefix and Interface ID of the IPv6 address, and filtering packets of which addresses are invalid; a means for allowing the data communication device to update the Interface ID of the IPv6 address to a terminal having an IPv6 anonymous address function for changing the Interface ID of the IPv6 address periodically; and a means for detecting whether the packets are invalid or not simultaneously, thus reducing unneeded traffic in a radio link between the data communication device and the mobile terminal, and providing a network communication system having high security for preventing the distribution of invalid IPv6 packets by impersonation from the outside.
