PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile electronic apparatus that is simply manufactured and has excellent sealing performance. SOLUTION: The mobile electronic apparatus is configured to include a stationary side body 1 and a moving side body 2 which are foldably coupled to each other, and electronic components in both the bodies 1, 2 are connected by a flexible cable 3, a gasket 5 pressed into contact with the inner circumferential wall of an insertion opening 4 of both the bodies 1, 2 to which the flexible cable 3 is inserted is mounted in the insertion opening 4 on its entire outer circumference, a cable case 7 into which the flexible cable 3 is inserted is mounted in the insertion hole 6, and a seal agent 10 is filled in a seal agent containing space 9 whose bottom wall is formed with a space 8 formed in the insertion hole 6 of the cable case 7 and pressed into contact with the wall face of the flexible cable 3.
