PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve merchantability and connectivity of a power supply coupler to a power receiving coupler, by preventing generation of clearance and swelling in a boundary part of a resin molding layer of two layers, in a solenoid fuel injection valve for covering a first resin molding layer made of a synthetic resin for forming a coupler main part covering a solenoid part and forming a skeleton of the power receiving coupler, with a second resin molding layer composed of a synthetic resin different from the first resin molding layer, by exposing an outside surface of the coupler main part on the tip side from an intermediate part of the coupler main part. SOLUTION: An endless engaging groove 44 for engaging the second resin molding layer 42, is arranged on the intermediate part outer periphery of the coupler main part 40a possessed by the first resin molding layer 41. An extension part 42a extending outward more than the engaging groove 44, is formed in the second resin molding layer 42 so as to cover the coupler main part 40a by contacting with the outside surface of the coupler main part 40a in an unengaged state.
