PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backing plate fixture capable of closely installing a wall material on a flush backing plate front face and a column member front face, without projecting the fixture to the more front side than a column member. SOLUTION: This backing plate fixture 1 to the column member 9 forms a projecting side edge part 9e on both side edges of the front side and the rear face side in the other side surface part 9d opposed to an opening part 9a, by arranging a folding-back part 9c in a cross-sectional substantially U shape so that a small space part 9b is formed inside both tips of the one side opening part 9a. The backing plate fixture has a fixing part 2 capable of fastening the other side surface part 9d as a fixing surface part 9h, an installing part 3 capable of fastening a backing plate 11, and adjusting part 4 capable of forming an installation margin (a) corresponding to the thickness of the backing plate 11 between the installing part 3 and a front face of the column member 9, by allowing the front end to abut on the rear edge of the front side projecting side edge part 9e in a state of fastening the fixing part 2 to the fixing surface part 9h.
