PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide drilling equipment which facilitates handling at the time of moving, setting, operating, etc. thereof, and alleviates labor of operators, to thereby improve working efficiency. SOLUTION: The drilling equipment is formed of a guide tower 10, a slide stand 20, a drilling machine body 30, and a drilling rod 50, and functions to vertically move the drilling machine body 30 together with the slide stand 20, to thereby carry out drilling of the ground by the drilling rod 50. The drilling equipment has an automatic winding machine 40 arranged at an upper end of the guide tower 10, and a wind-up wire 41 is hung from the automatic winding machine 40 such that an end of the wire is connected to the drilling machine body 30 or to the slide stand 20. During drilling work, the drilling machine body 30 is lowered to carry out drilling, whereas in elevation of the drilling machine body 30, the wind-up wire 41 is wound up by the automatic winding machine 40, and therefore the drilling machine body 30 is elevated together with the slide stand 20.
