PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent film satisfying both high transparency and overcoming vulnerability that is hard to cause damage such as cracking. SOLUTION: The transparent resin film contains an alicyclic structure-containing polymer and a liquid hydrocarbon being liquid at ordinary temperature and pressure with a boiling point of 80°C or over at a predetermined weight ratio and light transmission of 80% or over at a wavelength of 550 nm and is prepared by a fusion method.
