PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which essentially comprises a polycarbonate resin and is excellent in transparency, color tone and physical properties such as mechanical strength, dimensional stability and heat resistance. SOLUTION: The resin composition is composed of the polycarbonate resin and a metal oxide particle dispersed therein.
