PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oil-bleeding silicone rubber composition that has especially excellent curing properties, bleeds silicone oil to the surface and has excellent sealability after assembly operation and mounting and insulation properties. SOLUTION: The oil-bleeding silicone rubber composition comprises (A) 100 parts by mass of an organopolysiloxane having≥3,000 polymerization degree, (B) 1-30 parts by mass of a silanol group-containing organosilicon compound, (C) 5-100 parts by mass of precipitated silica having≥50 cm<SP>2</SP>/g specific surface area and pH 7-9 in 4 mass% of an aqueous suspension, (D) 0.5-10 parts by mass of phenyl group-containing silicone oil and (E) 0.1-10 parts by mass of biscarbonate peroxide.
