PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counting device capable of arranging and accurately counting the parts of various types and shapes and rubber products with large sliding resistances of cars, electrical appliances, and motorcycles. SOLUTION: A belt conveyor 3 is installed under a bucket 2 tilted at its bottom face and having a vibrator 1. A gate 4 is installed at the outlet of the bucket 2, a bar agitating device 5 with a thin round bar at its rotating part is installed on the upper part of the gate, and a guide 6 is installed in proximity to the gate 4. A sensor 12 is fixed to the tip of the belt conveyor 3, a preset counter 8 and a total counter 10 are disposed, and a rotating beacon 7 for indicating the completion of counting is installed.
