PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading device having excellent stacking property for downward curled paper without damaging the paper when the paper is delivered. SOLUTION: This loading device comprises a paper delivery tray for loading, thereon, bounded paper delivered in the unit of bundle from a paper delivery means. A roller loosely rollable in the paper delivery direction is projectedly installed at the lateral center of the paper delivery tray. The paper is loaded on the tray so that the cross section thereof including at least a bounded portion among the cross section thereof crossing perpendicular to the paper delivery direction after delivery is formed in a chevron shape.
