PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector device of high workability capable of mounting and demounting a mounted body only by work from an outer side. SOLUTION: This connector device comprises a connector main body 2, a pressing member 22 having a pressing part 22 kept into contact with a peripheral edge part of a mounting hole formed on a side plate of a wiring box, a locking part 24 engaged with the peripheral edge part of the mounting hole at the inside of the wiring box, and a circular member 4 having an insertion locking piece 25 provided with the locking part 24 at its tip, and having flexible resilience. The pressing member 22 and the connector main body 2 are axially movable to the circular member 4, a facing distance between the pressing part 22 and the locking part 24 is variable, and the peripheral edge part of the mounting hole is held by the pressing part 22 and the locking part 24 from its outer side and inner side.
