PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve merchantability, by preventing infiltration of moisture between front end parts of both resin molding layers, by restraining the front end part of the second resin molding part from floating from the front end part of the first resin molding part, when forming the resin molding part of two layers of the first and second resin molding layers, in a solenoid fuel injection valve having the resin molding parts integrally provided with a power receiving coupler faced with a power receiving side connecting terminal, by covering the first resin molding layer for covering at least a solenoid part, with the second resin molding layer formed of a synthetic resin different from the first resin molding layer. SOLUTION: An endless engaging groove 43 for engaging the whole periphery of the front edge 42a of the second resin molding layer 42, is arranged on the front end part outer periphery of the first resin molding layer 41. An engaging part 44 for engaging the whole inner periphery of the second resin molding layer 42, is arranged on the outer periphery of the first resin molding layer 41 in a part corresponding to a coil assembly 11 in the axial direction of a valve housing 9, so as to regulate displacement to the rear side of the second resin molding layer 42.
