PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a smooth feeling of throttle operation, by reducing friction of a dust seal to rotation of a throttle valve body. SOLUTION: The throttle valve body 10 is composed of a valve 11, a shaft part 12 projected to both sides from the valve 11, and a drum part 13 for holding an end part of a throttle cable. A throttle body 8 stores the throttle valve body 10 in a state of rotatably supporting the shaft part 12. A cylindrical wall part 16 is arranged for concentrically surrounding a bearing of the drum part 13 and the shaft part 12 by projecting from the throttle body 8. A torsion spring 27 interposed between the drum part 13 and a cover 28 for covering an end part of the wall part 16, energizes the drum part 13 in the closing direction of the valve 11.
