PAPER CUTTER, PAPER POST-PROCESSING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper cutter, stably performing cutting processing without any influence upon the quality of finished sheaf of paper sheets in cutting the sheaf of paper sheets. SOLUTION: This paper cutter includes: a cutting blade for push-cutting the sheaf of paper sheets; a blade receiving member for receiving the cutting blade; and a paper receiving member holding the sheaf of paper sheets with the blade receiving member in a position opposite to the blade receiving member in cutting, wherein the blade receiving member or the paper receiving member has a surface formed of conductive material and coming into contact with the sheaf of paper sheets.
