PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire protection structure capable of securing an evacuation path by delaying a fire spreading time in case of fire without substantially increasing the specification of the structural member of a building such as a wall. SOLUTION: A fire-retardant heat blocking material 2 arranged along a vertical partitioning member 1 and blocking the radiation heat and the convection heat from fire for a predetermined time is arranged at the time of the fire in the upper portion of a vertical partitioning member 1 of the building.
