An electrical/electronic circuit arrangement has a controlled current source (Q1) which lies in series with the LEDs and impresses a current proportional to the controlled variables in them, and which has a multiplier (M) which at its output (A1) makes available the control variables of the current source (Q1) and at its first input (E1) is connected to a first source (Q1), which generates a rectangular voltage and that the multiplier via its second input (E2) is connected to a further source (Q2) which generates a periodic voltage with the same frequency as the first source (Q1).
